2015 the property was acquired with a high vacancy rate and short term leasing contracts. Initially, the property was repositioned in the market.
Undergoing a vast refurbishment and modernization program the complex was restructured, offering modern office spaces for established and well-known companies as well as start-ups, local surgeries, retailers and gastronomy, thereby creating a functional and sustainable tenancy mix.
Occupancy rate after execution of the business plan was stabilized at around 100% with longterm leases.
