Repositioning of an office building
The property was acquired during 2017 with a high vacancy rate. After refurbishing the façade and redesigning the public spaces leasing activities have started. In addition, a solar power system was installed with ENGIE Germany, to provide the tenants with ecological energy. The modern construction of the building allows a flexible office usage from 100m² up to 4.000m².
